Did you know that everything you consume or feel is transmitted to the baby? So one way to prevent illness in your unborn baby is to protect yourself from aggressions.
What aggressions? On this occasion we mention some that range from being subjected to stressful situations, living in an environment with alcohol consumption or other substances harmful to health to insect bites. Other aggressions to take into account are violence, mistreatment and physical abuse. If you know of a situation of aggression or have experienced it, do not be silent, denounce the aggressor and seek psychological assistance!

Emotions affect the baby during and after pregnancy. It is important to manage stress, anxiety, depression and give lots and lots of love to your unborn baby. It is also advisable to take care of your body and attend prenatal preparation classes.
And if you are a parent-to-be or already a parent, don’t be afraid to bond with your baby!
